Cancellation Policy - Terms and conditions
Free cancellation up to 7 days before your date of arrival, by 4:00pm (local time). In case of cancellation and/or changes after that time, no-show or early departure, the entire amount of the stay will be debited on the credit card given as guarantee. The hotel may run a pre-authorisation on the entered credit card to guarantee the booking.
For bookings of more than 5 rooms, special conditions apply.
For reservations of 10 or more nights the hotel reserves the right to apply different conditions and supplements.
Please note that if there is no check in on the first night and the hotel is not informed that guests will be present for later nights, the hotel reserves the right to reschedule the room for sale.
