Booking of experiences is required at least one day in advance. Availability of the services in question may not be guaranteed if made on the same day.
Cancellation Policy - Terms and conditions
Free cancellation up to the day of arrival, by 4:00 pm (local time). In case of cancellation and/or changes after this deadline, no-show or early departure, an amount equal to the cost of the entire stay will be charged. The hotel may pre-authorize the credit card entered to guarantee the booking.
For bookings of more than 5 rooms, special conditions apply.
For reservations of 10 or more nights the hotel reserves the right to apply different conditions and supplements.
In case of bookings of more than one night and no-show, the guest is required to reconfirm for the following nights; otherwise, the hotel will not guarantee the booking for the entire booked stay.
