Cancellation Policy - Terms and conditions
Free cancellation until the day of arrival, at the latest by 4pm (local time), excluding exhibition periods. Penalties: in case of cancellation and/or changes made after this deadline, no show or early departure, you will be charged a fee equal to the cost of the full stay.
The hotel may pre-authorise your credit card to guarantee your reservation.
For reservations of more than 5 rooms, different conditions and supplements may apply.
For reservations of 10 or more nights the hotel reserves the right to apply different conditions and supplements.
Please note that if there is no check in on the first night and the hotel is not informed that guests will be present for later nights, the hotel reserves the right to reschedule the room for sale.
