Monica Tani – Resident Manager
Since July 2023, Monica Tani has been the point of reference in the management and organization of the hotel. With a consolidated experience in the sector, she loves to face every day as a new challenge, finding satisfaction in solving unexpected problems and guaranteeing the best possible service.
Born in Romagna and raised in Milan, Monica lives her work with passion and dynamism, but in her free time she lets herself be carried away by the rhythm of Caribbean dances, the energy of concerts and the magic of cinema. All accompanied by a good Gin and Tonic and the company of the people she loves.
Giuseppe Simone – Waiter
Since January 2019, Giuseppe has brought enthusiasm and professionalism to the service, appreciating the dynamism of his work and the interaction with guests every day. For him, hospitality is an art made of attention and passion.
Originally from Puglia and adopted by Bologna, he loves everything related to the world of art and socializing. In his free time he dedicates himself to theater, burraco and bingo, three passions that reflect his lively spirit and desire to be in company.
Mariella De Vecchis – Front Office Agent
Since 2016, Mariella has welcomed guests with energy and passion, finding the true beauty of her work in the variety of people she meets every day. For her, routine is a limit to overcome, because she loves dynamism and freedom.
Outside of work, she divides her time between shopping, sports and cooking, three passions that reflect her active and creative spirit. Always on the move, Mariella is the perfect mix of determination and desire to live every day to the fullest.
Giulia Garato – Events Coordinator
Since 2016, Giulia has loved taking care of every detail of the event organization, from planning to execution, with one goal: to create memorable experiences. Nothing gratifies her more than seeing the joy in the eyes of those who participate in a perfectly successful event.
Passionate about nature, she finds her balance between the frenziness of the city and the calmness of nature. Trekking and long walks along the paths are her escape from routine, and whenever she can, she escapes to the shores of Lake Garda.
Vincenzo Ruggieri – Chef
Since 2019, Vincenzo has brought his passion for food and creativity to the kitchen by creating new dishes. For him, every recipe is a journey through flavors and experiences, a way to innovate without forgetting the roots of tradition.
Raised in a family of restaurant owners, he immediately felt the love for cooking. His career has led him to travel in Italy and abroad, where he has refined techniques and deepened his knowledge of the gastronomic world. In his free time he loves to explore, dedicating himself to trekking, sports and new culinary adventures.
Francesco Ruggieri – F&B Manager
Since March 2019, Francesco has led the Food & Beverage department with passion and dedication. For him, taking care of the customer means offering not only an impeccable service, but also a memorable experience, with the immediate gratification of a satisfied smile.
Originally from Vieste (FG), he grew up breathing the atmosphere of the family restaurant, where he discovered his vocation for catering. In his free time he dedicates himself to reading, video games and travel, always looking for new inspirations, flavors and cultures to discover.
Alima Konate – Waitress
Having joined the team in July 2023, Alima brings a smile and lots of energy, appreciating every opportunity to interact with people and improve her language skills.
Originally from the Ivory Coast, she is married and mother of two, whom she considers her greatest passion. With a determined and sunny personality, Alima faces every challenge with positivity, making her family the center of everything.
Ferdinand Ahmeti – Waiter
Joining the team in May 2024, Ferdinand faces every day with enthusiasm and a desire to learn. He loves customer contact and sees every experience as an opportunity for growth.
Originally from Albania, he has lived in Italy for five years, but always brings with him his love for the sea and water sports, especially skijet. His dream? A life with a sea view, between sun, waves and new adventures to discover.
Filippo Lusoli – Front Office Agent
Having joined the team in December 2023, Filippo appreciates the variety of his role, which allows him to come into contact with people from different cultures, using the languages he has studied.
In his free time, Filippo mainly dedicates himself to music, his greatest passion, exploring different genres and forms. He is also a lover of art exhibitions and cinema, which he attends assiduously to fuel his creativity. He also loves writing novels, adding a new dimension to his intellectual curiosity.
