Cancellation Policy - Terms and consitions
Free cancellation up to 14 days before the arrival date, by 4.00 pm (local time). Penalty: in case of cancellation and / or changes beyond this deadline, non-arrival or early departure, an amount equal to the cost of the entire stay will be charged. The hotel could make a pre-authorization on the credit card inserted to guarantee the reservation.
For reservations of more than 5 rooms, different conditions and supplements may apply.
For reservations of 10 or more nights the hotel reserves the right to apply different conditions and supplements.
In the case of booking several nights and non-arrival, the guest is required to re-confirm the following nights; otherwise the hotel will not guarantee the reservation for the entire booked stay.
